Sampling Section

True representative of bulk is called as sample. After receiving the order from buyer various samples are produced. Merchandising plays an important role in sampling samples are

•   Proto sample or fit sample

•   Size set sample

•   Preproduction sample, Fashion show sample, Counter sample and Shipment sample.

Proto sample: is nothing but an fit sample. In proto sample there is no need of giving original accessories.

Its done in available accessories done in base size grading is done for base sample.

Size set: is sample done in all size in co-operation with proto sample comments and approval. Size set's done in actual fabric and accessories'

Pre production: after getting approval of size set garment we can start pre production with original sample and garments, accessories.

Counter sample: approved sample from buyer's turned back from buyer is called counter staled sample

Fashion show: on the publicity of new made garment some companies undergo fashion show

Shipment: all through pre-production sample are approved buyer wants to check once again whether actual fabrics and accessories are in co operated in bulk production.

Pilot run:

Before preparing bulk production pilot run or sample running has to be done in order to have knowledge of styles. Batch setting, production aspect, quality etc

Sample coordinator: he is in charge of the sample section he has to understand the sample perfectly then instruct his tailors.

Sample Q.C: As perfect quality should be maintained in industry. The qc in there to maintain perfect quality in samples

 Sample cutter: prepare sample cut

 Pattern master: do pattern for order received
